Your satisfaction is our priority! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you
may exchange or return unused, unaltered items; as per guidelines below.
Returns/Exchanges
Within 30 Calendar Days*, apparel and merchandise may be returned for refund, excluding
shipping and processing fees.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you
received it.
Your item needs to have the receipt, or proof of purchase.
Within 30 Calendar Days*, apparel and merchandise can be exchanged free of charge,
excluding rush service charges.
Refunds
All Returns will be inspected. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that
we have received your returned item. Those not in pristine condition will be discarded; with no
refund, or exchange applied. Pristine items received after time period guidelines and returned
Final Sale items will be DONATED TO CHARITY on your behalf, with no refund or exchange
applied.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (Or, original method of
payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's.
policies.
PLEASE NOTE: Exchanges and Refunds are normally processed within 5 business days or receipt. Check Refunds may take up to 21 days to process.
